Refund and  Cancellation Policy for Online Perfumery Courses and Workshops

1. Shipping of Perfumery Kits & Delivery Delays
All perfumery kits are dispatched in advance to ensure participants receive them before the scheduled session date.

• In the event of logistical delays beyond our control, participants will be offered:
   • A rescheduled session, or
   • The option to join any upcoming batch of the same workshop within 3 months
• Refunds will not be applicable in cases of delivery delays, as:
   • The cost of the perfumery kit, packaging, and shipping is incurred upfront
   • Reverse logistics (return pickups) involve significantly higher operational costs
• Once a kit has been dispatched, the order is considered non-refundable

2. Session Postponement or Rescheduling by Host
In rare cases where a session is postponed or rescheduled by All Good Scents:

Participants will be offered:
• A rescheduled session at no additional cost, OR
• The flexibility to attend any available session of the same workshop/course within 3 months, OR
• A credit note/coupon code equivalent to the booking value, redeemable on:
   • Future workshops
   • Products on our website
• Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (General)
• All bookings are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for:
   • Missed sessions
   • Last-minute cancellations
   • Change of plans by the participant
• In exceptional cases (at the sole discretion of All Good Scents), a credit note may be issued instead of a refund

4. Kit Usage & Ownership
• Perfumery kits are custom-prepared and shipped specifically for each participant
• Once dispatched, the kit is non-returnable and non-refundable
• Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of booking

5. Session Recording & Usage Rights
• All workshops, masterclasses, and sessions conducted by All Good Scents may be recorded for quality control, training, and security purposes
• By enrolling in a session, participants provide their consent to be recorded (audio and/or video)
• All Good Scents retains full and exclusive rights to these recordings, including but not limited to:
   • Internal use for training and quality improvement
   • Marketing and promotional purposes
   • Use across digital platforms, including social media, website, and advertisements
• Participants waive any rights to claim ownership, compensation, or approval for the use of such recordings

6. Validity of Credits
• Any credit note or coupon issued will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Overall Policy Note: Due to the high upfront costs associated with perfumery kits, logistics, and workshop preparation, All Good Scents follows a strict no-refund policy. Our aim is to provide flexible alternatives such as rescheduling and credit notes to ensure participants still receive full value.




Refund & Exchange Policy for Perfumes


We encourage our customers to make well-informed decisions before purchasing our fragrances. We provide detailed descriptions, fragrance notes, and customer reviews to assist you in selecting the perfect scent. Our SCENTBOX™, Pairing Discovery Set, Discovery Set for Men, and Discovery Set for Women are available for you to try before you buy. You can even chat with our Fragrance Expert over WhatsApp for further assistance. 


Exchange Policy

  1. Non-Returnable: Perfumes, being personal care items, are non-returnable products. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our fragrances. In the unlikely event that the perfume(s), Scentbox, Discovery Kits, Scented Candles, Pillow Mists, or Gift Sets need to be exchanged, the cost of pick-up and re-delivery will be borne by the customer. 
  2. Hygiene and Safety: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges. Once a perfume bottle has been opened and used, we cannot guarantee its condition or safety for other customers. 
  3. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that our products are in excellent condition before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer care team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or questions about our fragrances, please contact us, and our dedicated customer care team will be more than happy to assist you.

Return Policy

  1. Perfumes are non-returnable products.
  2. Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products received damaged or defective by the customer.
  3. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
  4. If the product is received in a broken or unsealed condition, please contact us by emailing care@allgoodscents.com or calling +91 8788761151. This is subject to the All Good Scents Quality Control Team inspection and checking. 
  5. Courier charges for wrong shipments or products received in a broken or unsealed condition will be borne by ALL GOOD SCENTS.
  6. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. If your purchase was made through Cash on Delivery, please provide your bank details for the refund process.
  7. Once the refund is approved and processed it will be credited in customer's account within 7 days.
  8. Timeframe for the replacement of items if 7-8 days once the courier is received at our location.
