1. In celebration of Mother's Day, all personalisations on orders till 16th May will be available at no extra cost.
2. Please share the message or name that you wish to add to the box. Follow the character count to ensure that your entire message appears. And ensure you choose the correct line for the placement of your message or name.
3. Do double-check your spellings as once we start the personalisation process, no edits or corrections can be made. We will follow the lines that you share with us.
4. Personalising each box can take an additional 5 days, while we wish to deliver your lovely gift at the earliest, please bear with us and our team as there could be some delays with your orders.

6. Delivery Timeline: We will take anywhere between 6-8 days to deliver to you as our perfumes are sent via road and not air, as per the Government regulations. Tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email id. Please read our FAQs for more information.
