Perfumes, being personal care items, are non-returnable products. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our fragrances. In the unlikely event that the perfume(s), SCENTBOX™, Discovery Kits, Scented Candles, Pillow Mists, or Gift Sets need to be exchanged, the cost of pick-up and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
If the product is received in a broken or unsealed condition, please contact us by emailing email@example.com. This is subject to the All Good Scents Quality Control Team inspection and checking.
